João and Milton are the organisers and coordinators for this and future events.  They will also be the Zoom administrative points of contact and will liaise with the retreat organisers in the different countries.

They are aware that many of us are not familiar with Zoom and will be available beforehand to explain how Zoom works and for people to ask questions. They can help you get set up and make sure you can see and hear James teaching and alternate to seeing the group if you want. They can also help you choose to be visible or invisible to other participants.
